Why I started coaching.

For a long time, I thought what I'd built was my business. Turns out what I'd built was a playbook — and the business was just where I learned it.

After my last exit, I had a decision to make. Go start another company. Consult part-time. Or take what I learned and give it directly to the owners who are three feet from the finish line and can't see it.

I picked door three. I take four to six owners a quarter. I don't run a mastermind. I don't have a course. It's just me, working on your business, until the numbers move.

If that sounds simple, it's because it is. Everyone else in this category has complicated the model so they can scale. I haven't, because scaling the model is what breaks the outcome.

Revenue feeds your ego. Profit feeds your family.

Your top-line number doesn't matter if it's not converting to margin. Most contractors I work with are $1M+ in revenue and under 8% net. That's fixable in weeks, not years.

Systems beat grind. Every time.

If your business only works when you're working 80 hours a week, you don't have a business. You have a job that pays more than it should — until it doesn't.

Most coaches sell hope. I sell outcomes.
